COVID-19 Protocols and Precautions

Your safety will always be our priority.  We follow strict protocols and precautions when we meet face-to-face:

  • We'll restrict office visits to those with scheduled appointments.  
  • We'll send a COVID-19 screening form via e-mail for you to complete and sign just before visiting our office.
  • We’ll postpone our meeting if we have any symptoms of COVID-19 and we kindly ask that you do the same.
  • We’ll schedule all appointments with enough time for disinfecting and cleaning the office between patients. 
  • Contactless check-in is available at the AudioLogic kiosk in the main waiting room using your cell phone. For those without a cell phone, you may use the touch-pad. The kiosk is disinfected after each visit.
  • We'll take your temperature at the beginning of the appointment. 
  • We'll wash our hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer and request that you also sanitize your hands at the beginning of the appointment. We'll wear a mask during the appointment. We also require all AudioLogic patients and visitors to wear a mask during the visit. The clinician may also wear additional protective equipment depending on the type of assessment.
  • We'll offer the option of Telehealth phone or video appointments when a face-to-face visit is not necessary.
  • We accept credit and debit cards as preferred methods of payment. Please, no cash at this time. For contactless payment, online prepayment is available before the appointment.
