At AudioLogic, we try to learn as much as we can about the symptoms and possible causes of the patient's auditory processing deficits and delays.
Before the assessment, you will be asked to fill out a questionnare detailing personal medical, academic and hearing history. Your child's teacher will also be asked to complete a questionnaire about their classroom performance.

To understand how you hear and listen, we perform tests to assess the function of the outer, middle, and inner ear as well as the auditory pathways that lead to the hearing centres in the brain. With this knowledge, together we can create effective treatment plans that can improve your ability to function in everyday listening situations and make better sense of what you hear.
